Once a dealership is set up, orders may be placed by phone, fax, or mail.
ORDERS BY PHONE:
- To place an order over the phone, please call
1-800-541-7696 and talk to one of our customer service representatives. They will assist you in ordering items either by item number or by titles.
- If you have not submitted a credit application and been approved for a Net 30 account, you may request C.O.D. delivery or pay with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
ORDERS BY FAX:

- Orders should indicate items & quantities and list the complete address where the order is to be shipped. Also, please include the method of payment you wish to use.
- Order forms are available and can be found in our DEALER PACKETS.
SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
- Orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time they are placed. (May be slightly longer for canvas orders if canvas is not in stock.)
- Prints are shipped in a tube unless you request that they be shipped flat. Please note that when ordering large prints, shipping them flat will increase the shipping charges.
- Shipping charges are based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. You may ask for an estimate of the charges for your particular order.
(Orders are shipped from Maryland)
- There is an additional packaging charge of $3 for tubes and $6 for boxes except on canvas orders being shipped to the west coast.
